AMBER BOST
B.S., LMT, CF-L2
Amber spent the first 17 years of her professional career as a Soldier in the US Army serving 2 back to back tours in Iraq. After service, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University in 2017. In 2018, she completed 600 hours of hands on training at Cortiva Institute for massage therapy. After school, she continued honing her craft with education in cupping, myofascial decompression/release, gua sha (scraping), kinesio taping, and stretching. When paired with her 7 years of coaching and competing in CrossFit, she brings her athletic clients a well rounded, customized massage experience tailored to those active in fitness of all levels.
She believes that through her personal experience in fitness and competition, she can offer a customized, tailored approach to each massage session. Since each body is different and each body will respond differently to each treatment, sessions are always charged on time, not the type of massage you receive. While the fitness community is her niche, Amber can also be found providing massage throughout the Bahamas with the yachting industry and working with local addiction recovery centers to provide therapy for patients!
When Amber isn't working, she can be found competing with the Fort Lauderdale Lions in the Florida Grid League, training for competition as a CrossFit Masters Athlete and running a plethora of Ragnar races and half marathons across the USA. She also enjoys being outdoors with her family spearfishing, camping, freediving (she has a 3 minute breath hold!), fishing, hiking and boating with her husband, 2 children, dog and cat (yes the cat camps too!).
