Dr. Gold received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology minoring in Sports Psychology from West Virginia University. She is no stranger to athletics and has built a strong foundation based on her own personal experiences. Jaime was a Division 1 Gymnast and went on to compete in the CrossFit Games as an individual in 2011 & 2012. She has competed at the National Level for USA Weightlifting as both a 58kg and 63kg Lifter. As a former professional athlete with the National Pro Grid League and current Head Coach of the Fort Lauderdale Lions (Amateur Grid League/FGL) she is well rounded in competitive experience and coaching.
Jaime's philosophy with rehab and performance is to treat each patient/client as an individual and provide the ultimate care possible for maximum results. She has worked with a variety of clients from all levels of fitness and sports, specifically CrossFit athletes, weightlifting, and running. Dr.Gold is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Blood Flow Restriction Training, Kinesio Taping, Dry Needling, and CF Gymnastics. In her Spare time she likes to workout, hang out with her family +2 dogs, and get out to the beach!
