Dr.Ben’s passion for helping others on their health and wellness journey began in 2015, after attending the National Personal Training Institute. Shortly after, he became the Director of Training at Gold’s Gym in Orlando, Florida, where he discovered the incredible impact that personalized fitness and support can have on someone's life. His journey continued as a mobile personal trainer, bringing fitness to people's homes and showing them that achieving their goals can fit into their everyday lives.

Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients — from beginners finding their way in the gym to seasoned athletes honing their skills, as well as older adults looking to stay active and youth just beginning their athletic journeys. He has also provided specialized training for professional, collegiate, and high school soccer players, helping them excel both on and off the field. What drives him is seeing the confidence and joy that comes when someone realizes they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Ben earned a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the human body and how it can move and heal, shaping his approach to helping others achieve their personal best.

Dr.Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has also pursued numerous certifications to better serve his patients, including blood flow restriction training, bone health training, speed/agility/quickness training, kettlebell training, functional movement screening, and Soccer conditioning. He believes in continually learning and growing to provide the best support possible for those he works with.

When Ben is not working with patients, he enjoys spending time in nature, whether it’s hiking and climbing in national parks or casting a line while fishing. Staying active and connected to the outdoors helps him recharge so he can bring the best to every session.
